About Fallon

Growing up on her family’s farm on Lady’s Island, SC, Fallon’s curiosity and passion for real estate started at a young age. “Seeing my family realize the American dream through the ownership of property and build wealth and a community that I love and know I can always call home inspired me to help others be able to do the same.”
In addition to her love of real estate and helping others, Fallon is an avid explorer, reader, nature lover, painter, gardener and festival goer. “South Florida has such a rich and diverse culture and so many parks and activities for all. And let’s not forget the weather and beaches! Who wouldn’t want to own a piece of it?”
Fallon is licensed in Florida and South Carolina, where she splits her time. She is experienced in almost every aspect of real estate from sales to land development consulting and platting, permitting and title search. She earned her BA in Economics in 2004 from the University of South Carolina, where she is a proud alum.
